Itinerary

Anchorage, Alaska

On arrival in Ancorage you'll enjoy a shared transfer to your hotel with free time to relax before embarking on your tour in the morning.

Anchorage to Denali

Board the motorcoach (or van, depending on group size) for the journey north to Denali. The route takes you along the scenic Parks Highway where you will make several stops along the way. Watch for a glimpse of the majestic mountain Denali. A welcome dinner with your group and tour leader is included this evening. Overnight Denali(B,D)

Denali National Park

Today travel in a National Park tour bus and search the vast wilderness for bear, moose, caribou and Dall sheep. The afternoon and evening are free for optional tours. Overnight Denali (B)

Denali to Talkeetna

This morning ride on the train (dome car seating) from Denali National Park to Talkeetna. Sit back and enjoy the scenery and views of the Alaska Mountain Range. The remainder of the day is open for optional tours in Talkeetna.Overnight in Talkeetna (B)

Talkeetna to Seward

Board the motorcoach/van for today's drive to Seward, gateway to the Kenai Fjords National Park. As you travel along the scenic Turnagain Arm, keep an eye out for Dall sheep high up in the rocky cliffs. Eveneing at leisure in Seward. Overnight in Seward (B)

Seward/Kenai Fjords National Park

Spend the morning exploring the coastal community of Seward. Later this morning, board a glacier and wildlife cruise and travel through the majestic Kenai Fjords National Park. Explore the face of a glacier and keep your eyes open for seals, sea lions, sea otters, whales, bears, eagles and puffins throughout this half-day exploration cruise with lunch included onboard. Overnight in Seward (B, L-on board)

Seward to Anchorage

Return by motorcoach/van to Anchorage where you will enjoy a brief city tour including the historic downtown district as well as a visit to the Anchorage Museum, a world-class museum which seeks to preserve, exhibit and interpret the art and history of Alaska. Tonight, share stories of your Alaskan Adventure with your travelling companions at a closing night dinner. Overnight in Anchorage (B,D)
